Overview

AffectAtlas is a design reference tool. It does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not transmit data to any server operated by Three Eyed Emu.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. AffectAtlas does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Names, email addresses, or contact details
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioural tracking
• Any other personally identifiable information

Data Stored on Your Device

AffectAtlas stores two things locally on your device using your operating system's standard preferences storage:

• Your unlock status -- whether you have purchased the Pro unlock
• App preferences -- display settings you have chosen

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Three Eyed Emu.

Purchases

If you purchase the Pro unlock, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Three Eyed Emu does not receive, process, or store your payment information.

Purchase records are managed by Google or Apple under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Play
• Apple App Store

Third-Party Services

AffectAtlas uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only third-party involvement is the platform billing service (Google Play or App Store) used to process purchases, described above.

Children's Privacy

AffectAtlas is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published at the same URL with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
